  • Please make sure to review the eligibility requirements of our three different programs to identify which one is the best fit for your application.
  • All funding requests must be submitted through our easy-to-follow online application form. No email, phone or paper submissions will be accepted.
  • You will be contacted directly with the decision and next steps. Rest assured, we will respond to all applications either way.
  • Application information will only be used to review the eligibility of the applicant for funding and all information will be kept private and confidential.
  • Please review the funding criteria to ensure your program, project or initiative is eligible for funding.
  • Please note that the following are not eligible for funding: religious or sectarian organizations, political organizations, competitive sports teams, and contract fundraisers or lobbyists. For additional program or project expenses that are ineligible for funding, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions.
