Annual General Meeting
Our annual general meetings will be held at least once every calendar year and no more than fifteen months apart. The details including date, time and location, election of directors, general nature of special business, details on proposed resolutions and voting will be provided to every member of the society who has provided an email address no later than forty-five days prior to the meeting. The annual general meeting details will also be published on our website within three weeks of the meeting.

Special general meetings may be called from time to time to address individual issues that cannot be delayed until the next annual general meeting.
2024 Board of Directors Election Results
Monday, September 9, 2024 — Members of the PBC Health Benefits Society have elected Jatinder Bir, Dr. Patricia Gerber, Jaime Matten, Lori Mayhew, Dr. Chuanyi (Johnny) Nie, and Aaron Sumexheltza to the Board of Directors.
Jatinder Bir has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
Dr. Patricia Gerber has been elected for a three-year term in the Health Care Professional Member category.
Jaime Matten has been elected for a three-year term in the Organizational Member category.
Lori Mayhew has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
Dr. Chuanyi (Johnny) Nie has been elected for a three-year term in the Health Care Professional Member category.
Aaron Sumexheltza has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
During the Board of Directors election that took place from August 23, 2024 to September 3, 2024, a total of 3,725 ballots were cast. Full results from the Pacific Blue Cross 2024 Board of Directors election are:
