Annual General Meeting
Our annual general meeting will be held at least once each calendar year. Details including the date, time and location, election of directors, general nature of special business, details of proposed resolutions, and voting procedures will be provided to every member of the society who has provided an email address no later than forty-five days prior to the meeting.
2026 Board of Directors Election Results
Friday, June 5, 2026 — Members of the PBC Health Benefits Society have elected Janet Andrews, Martin (Marty) Gibbons, James (Jim) Gould, Jocelyn (Joey) Hartman, Jaime Matten, Matthew (Matt) O’Rae, Dr. William (Bruce) Ward, and Dr. Cornelia (Nel) Wieman to the Board of Directors.
Janet Andrews has been elected by acclamation for a three-year term in the Organizational Member category.
Martin (Marty) Gibbons has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
James (Jim) Gould has been elected by acclamation for a three-year term in the Organizational Member category.
Jocelyn (Joey) Hartman has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
Jaime Matten has been elected for a three-year term in the Individual Member category.
Matthew (Matt) O’Rae has been elected by acclamation for a three-year term in the Organizational Member category.
Dr. William (Bruce) Ward has been elected by acclamation for a three-year term in the Health Care Professional Member category.
Dr. Cornelia (Nel) Wieman has been elected by acclamation for a three-year term in the Health Care Professional Member category.
During the Board of Directors election which took place from May 15, 2026 to May 25, 2026, in the Individual Member category, a total of 971 ballots were cast. Full results from Pacific Blue Cross’ 2026 Board of Directors election are:
