Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting will be held at least once each calendar year. Details including the date, time and location, election of directors, general nature of special business, details of proposed resolutions, and voting procedures will be provided to every member of the society who has provided an email address no later than forty-five days prior to the meeting.
