As a proud partner of Make-A-Wish for over 30 years, we were thrilled to support and participate in the first annual Make-A-Wish BC & Yukon Golf Classic.

The event took place at Morgan Creek Golf Course in Surrey and celebrated the joy and magic behind every wish. Proceeds went towards granting the heartfelt wishes of multiple kids from communities throughout British Columbia.

For over 30 years, Blue Cross has proudly provided the travel insurance to make over 25,000 dream trips come true. With this continued support from Blue Cross, wish kids have something to look forward to – so they can focus less on their next treatment.

“Attending these events and hearing the parents and children tell their stories puts everything in perspective,” says Adrian Bois, Associate Vice-President Individual Plans at Pacific Blue Cross. “I’m proud that our travel insurance makes a difference for so many that have been through so much.”

Thanks to events like these, the number of wishes granted each month is approaching pre-pandemic numbers and the numbers will continue to increase as travel wishes are granted again after being on hold for the last two years.
