On Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 5 am to 9 am (PST), our online self-serve portals (Member Profile, ADVISORnet, PROVIDERnet, and ADMINnet) and direct claim systems (Pharmacy and Dental) will be temporarily unavailable while we conduct routine maintenance.

What this means for you

During this time, access to online self-serve portals will be temporarily unavailable. Pharmacy and Dental providers will also be unable to submit claims or check coverages. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our systems. Services will be restored by 9 am on November 24, 2024.
