What to tell clients

For each Emergency medical or Trip protection plan purchased, Clients receive an entry for a chance to win the Ultimate Vancouver Canucks Road Trip to Los Angeles or Edmonton (one grand prize), which includes:

•    Round-trip flights for two
•    Two nights’ accommodation
•    Two lower-bowl tickets to Canucks @ Kings (Apr 9) or Canucks @ Oilers (Apr 16)
•    Two Vancouver Canucks jerseys

How contest entry works

To be entered, clients need to complete two steps during the contest period:

1.  Purchase a qualifying plan (Emergency Medical or Trip Protection) 
2.  Fill out the entry form at pac.bluecross.ca/canucks

Important: Purchasing a plan does not automatically enter the client—the entry form must also be completed. Contest ends February 28, 2026.

Broker tip: you can enter on a client’s behalf
If your client purchases a plan through you, you can absolutely complete the form for them using the same name and email used to purchase the plan. Your client will receive an email confirmation once their entry is submitted.

MEMBER: What is the Ultimate Vancouver Canucks Road Trip contest?
Anyone who purchases a Pacific Blue Cross Travel Medical or Trip Protection plan between December 14, 2025 and February 28, 2026 can be entered for a chance to take a road trip to see the Vancouver Canucks play in Los Angeles or Edmonton.

MEMBER: What is the prize for the Ultimate Vancouver Canucks Road Trip contest?
There is one grand prize. It includes round trip flights for two, two nights hotel, two Vancouver Canucks jerseys, and two lower bowl tickets to see the Vancouver Canucks play the Kings in LA on April 9, 2026 or play the Oilers in Edmonton on April 16, 2026.

MEMBER: What happens if I can’t make the road trip game that is the prize?
The prize must be awarded as is. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives or substitutions allowed. 

MEMBER: How do I enter the Ultimate Vancouver Canucks Road Trip contest?
There are two steps to receive an entry into the contest:
1.    Fill out the entry form at www.pac.bluecross.ca/Canucks
2.    Purchase an Emergency Medical or Trip Protection plan online or over the phone

MEMBER: If I bought a travel plan online or over the phone, am I automatically entered into the contest?
Purchasing a travel medical or trip protection plan is one of the steps required to enter. You must also complete a contest entry form at www.pac.bluecross.ca/Canucks. Once you fill out the entry form you will be prompted to complete “Step 2: Purchase a travel plan”. You can ignore this step as you have already completed it. 

MEMBER: Who is eligible to enter the contest?
In order to be eligible to win a prize, you must be a resident of the Province of British Columbia, at least 19 years of age and must not be (and no member of your immediate family shall be) an employee of Pacific Blue Cross; PacBlue Life Services Ltd.; directors for Pacific Blue Cross and PacBlue Life Services Ltd.; consultants who work with Pacific Blue Cross and PacBlue Life Services Ltd.; employees of advertising and promotional agencies affiliated with Pacific Blue Cross and PacBlue Life Services Ltd.; or employees of Vancouver Canucks Limited Partnership (VCLP) or any of its affiliates which collectively with VCLP operate as Canucks Sports & Entertainment (hereinafter “CSE”) or any affiliate of the foregoing.  For the purposes of these Rules and Regulations, "immediate family" means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether by blood, marriage or adoption and whether or not they reside in the same household.

MEMBER: Is a purchase required to enter? 
No, there is no purchase necessary. To enter the contest without making a purchase, anyone fulfilling the eligibility criteria can enter by sending their name, city, province and telephone number to:

Member: Do I have to be a member of Pacific Blue Cross to enter?
No. The contest is open to anyone in British Columbia who is 19 years of age and purchases a travel insurance plan with Pacific Blue Cross. 

Member: When will the contest draw be made and the winners announced?
The prize winner will be randomly selected on or around the end of the Contest Period from all qualified entries.  Any potential winner will be contacted via phone or email within the first week following their random selection.  Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entrants who participate in the Contest.

Member: Will a skill-testing question be required?
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to (a) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance and (b) sign and return a Declaration, Consent, and Release form.
