As part of our commitment to improving member experience, we’re excited to announce the latest update to Member Profile – a new disability claim tab that will help you easily find information about your disability claim with Pacific Blue Cross , whenever you need it.
If you have an active disability claim with Pacific Blue Cross, you’ll now be able to access disability claims information online, without having to contact your Claims Specialist. You can view past and future disability payments and track the status of your claims and payments, to plan and budget with peace of mind.
To get started, log in to your Member Profile account. If you haven’t registered for an account, please sign up for one. It will only take a few minutes until you’re able to view your approved claims.
