Save time and money with your Member Profile

If you don’t already have a Member Profile account, what’s stopping you? You can submit claims, access plan documents and details, and manage your benefits. Sign up for direct deposit for reimbursement in as little as 24 hours. Even if you’re already familiar with Member Profile, look around to see if there’s anything you haven’t seen before. Your Member Profile is the gateway to healthy savings – save money and time by signing up today!   

Take a Health Risk Assessment to identify areas of health to focus on

Do you want to make healthy changes in your life, but don’t know where to begin? Health Connected can help, starting off with our Health Risk Assessment. This quiz can help you prioritize where you should focus – nutrition, physical or mental health, by identifying which categories pose a higher risk to your overall health. Other assessments, digital coaching, digital challenges, and more are available, all focused on helping you increase your health skills in your higher risk categories. After a month of healthier habits, retake the Health Risk Assessment – you may see a bigger improvement than you think! Log in to your Member Profile and select Digital Wellness Tools to access the Health Connected dashboard. 

Resources to prioritize your mental wellbeing

Focusing on your mental health, especially in these dark winter months, can be crucial to keep you healthy and happy. You can benefit from using resources available to you, regardless of whether your mental health is thriving or struggling. On our Mental Health page, we have highlighted non-emergency mental health supports available for British Columbians. Some options are free, while others may be covered by your plan. You’ll also see our Improving Mental Health Checklist on that page, with even more free and paid options to support your mental health journey.

Save on wellness products not covered by your health plan

As a Pacific Blue Cross member, you already have access to discounts from health and wellness brands across the country. With savings on gym memberships, meal kits, and much more, check out Blue Advantage – you may even find a discount on something you already use! New brands are added all the time so check back frequently – you never know what discount will pop up next.

Take advantage of low prescription costs

Use our Pharmacy Compass to compare prescription prices at pharmacies across British Columbia. Enter your location and the drug name to compare pharmacy prices and dispensing fees near you. Pacific Blue Cross members can save even more on prescription drugs by using the Preferred Pharmacy Network (PPN). Using the PPN has its own advantages – home delivery right when you need it, low retail prices, among other services.
