5.4 How to Register as a Pacific Blue Cross Provider

Application Review Process
Pacific Blue Cross will review your application.
If Approved
If your application is successful we will issue you a Provider ID. This Provider ID is unique to your Location. Each Location requires its own Provider ID.
- Your Provider ID and temporary password will be sent to the email you provided on your application.
- You will then need to activate your account in PROVIDERnet (explained further in Section 6.3).
If Denied
If your application is denied, you will be advised via e-mail, along with information about re-application, if eligible.
