6.5 Keeping Your Information up to Date

Provider Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your records with Pacific Blue Cross up to date and to notify Pacific Blue Cross of updates and changes in accordance with the PROVIDERnet Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that you notify Pacific Blue Cross in the event of any changes to ownership or the closure of a Provider Location at least 7 business days before the change is to occur.

How to Update Your Information

To update your information, visit providernet.ca and click Make UPDATES to your account for the following:


Closing a Location
Provider Location Closure

Change of Address
Update your physical or mailing address

Location Name
Change of Location Name

Add/Remove Practitioner
